Yanchang Rubber is located in national-grade Xixian new district, Xi‘an City, Shaanxi Province, where production facilities cover a total area of 1.66 million ㎡ with more than 2,000 employees.
Developing all series of Tyres for Passenger cars cover eight series, 210 sizes and 350 products: HP tyres,UHP tyres, Sport Racing tyres,SUV-HT/AT/MT tyres, Winter/Snow/Ice tyres and Light truck tyres. 
The company is a modern tyre manufacturing enterprise, which was built and funded with 4. 85 billion RMB by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group in 2008.
Designed with annual capacity of 20 million radial tyres, including 4 million commercial vehicle tyres and 16 million passenger car tyres. Yanchang rubber has completed the first stage project with production capacity of 2 million commercial vehicle tyres and 8 million passenger car tyres. 
Yanchang Rubber imported a series of equipment from global famous manufacturers, including Japan’s KOBELCO, Germany’s Troester, US Battelle Memorial Institute, Italy’s Comerio ercole S. P. A and Netherland’s VMI. The equipment provide reliable hardware assurance for producing world-class tyres. To guarantee the safety, stability and reliability of our tyres, Yanchang Rubber has set up laboratories equipped with the most advanced testing machine, such as X-ray machine, laboratory mixer, endurance and high-speed testing machine, bubble testing machine, uniformity testing machine, dynamic balance testing machine, automatic delivery and sorting machine.Yanchang Rubber utilizes the most advanced technologies to produce unique and low-carbon green tires. These tires are qualified for national CCC, ISO/TS16949, US DOT, Europe E-mark SNI，BIS and other quality management system certifications.
